B389 is the operator reference code appended at the end of every message sent through TurkeySMS infrastructure. This code identifies which platform dispatched the message so the block is applied to the correct target.

How long does a blocking request take?

After completing OTP verification, your request is reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified of progress updates via SMS to the phone number you entered in the form.

What should I do if I did not receive the OTP?

If the code has not arrived after a few minutes, make sure your phone has signal and that the number was entered correctly. If the problem persists, please reach out through our support center.

Does the block apply to a specific sender only?

Yes. The block is applied based on the SenderID you specify in the form. It prevents messages from that sender via TurkeySMS infrastructure only, and does not affect other operators.
