Your customer sends a word; TurkeySMS receives the message, sends the reply you defined or starts the related action.
View and track customer SMS replies from a single dashboard, without managing each conversation separately.
Define keywords and set up automatic SMS replies for matching incoming messages.
Send event notifications to your systems when incoming messages match your rules. Your application can then process the event and take the appropriate action.
Try a sample SMS reply and see how your rules determine what happens next.
This is an interactive demo. No real SMS messages are sent, and no credits are deducted.
Set up in this example: auto-replies for BANK and KATIL, two rules for EVET, and a webhook with the "sms.received" event selected.
Let customers confirm appointments by SMS. When a customer replies "EVET", one rule adds them to your contacts with the tag "appointment-confirmed" and a second rule notifies your scheduling system via webhook.
Clinics, service points, schools
Receive customer replies about orders; follow them in the dashboard, or pass them to your store system via webhook ("sms.received") and reply from your own system.
Stores, shipping and after-sales services
When a customer writes "BANK", the payment details you set in advance are sent automatically, without anyone having to reply by hand.
Subscription services, accounting, service providers
Collect participation replies by SMS; a customer who writes "KATIL" automatically gets a thank-you reply.
Retail, events and loyalty programmes
A customer SMS reply is not a bank confirmation of payment, nor consent for commercial electronic messages under İYS; these obligations remain with the sending company.
Set up a simple automatic reply or create rules that trigger different actions based on incoming messages.
Link a predefined SMS reply to a keyword. When a customer's message starts with that keyword, the reply is sent automatically with the Sender ID you choose, so you don't have to answer each message by hand. You can add the date to the reply and switch each keyword on or off with one click.
Set a condition and an action for each case: for example, when the message is EVET, add the sender to your contacts with a tag, or notify your application through a webhook. Each rule performs one action, and you can link several rules to the same condition.
Test before going live. Try your rules first in Test Mode and on past messages, then activate them.
View incoming messages, check their status and reply; the Run Log shows when each automation rule ran and with what result.

When an SMS arrives, TurkeySMS can notify your application through a webhook, allowing your system to process the event and take the next step.
You send your customer an appointment reminder.
The customer writes "EVET".
A rule recognises the message.
The "Fire Webhook" action sends the event to your system.
Your system that receives the webhook event can update the appointment status according to your own integration settings.
The webhook event is sent to the first active webhook in your account; how the event is processed in your system depends on your own integration. Explore SMS Webhook
An activated TurkeySMS account and an 0850 number allocated to your account. The 0850 number is a paid service; to request one, see the 0850 Number page.
Yes, receiving SMS on your number is free. Every reply you send (manual, automatic or by a rule) uses SMS credits like a normal SMS.
The first word of the incoming message is compared with the keyword you set; upper/lower case and punctuation attached to the word do not matter. For example, with the keyword "BANK", the messages "bank" and "BANK, merhaba" also get the reply.
At most one automatic reply is sent to the same number within 30 seconds; this prevents unnecessary sends when messages are repeated.
The keyword must be a single word of up to 30 characters; the reply text can be up to 612 characters.
Each rule performs one action. For several actions, create several rules with the same condition (for example, one adds the person to a list and the other sends a webhook notification).
Yes. In Test Mode the rule is only written to the Run Log and no real action is taken; with "Test Against History" you can try the rule on the messages of the last 30 days.
Create your free account and complete verification, then receive customer replies, create automatic reply rules and connect incoming messages to your systems, all in one place.
