PERSONAL APPLICATION
Individual Account
This account type is created for personal use. For your application to be reviewed, all requested documents must be submitted in full and up to date.
Required Documents for Application

ID Copy
Front and back photocopy of a National ID Card or Driver's License containing the Turkish Republic ID number.

Proof of Residence
A residence document obtained from the e-Government portal (e-devlet). The "Submit To" field must state "TURKEYSMS". The document must be saved and sent in PDF format — please do not send a screenshot, as the QR code must be clearly visible.

Subscriber Agreement
All pages must bear an original wet ink signature.
Important Note
When documents are submitted completely and legibly, applications are typically reviewed within 15–30 minutes. Incomplete or unverifiable documents may result in your application being placed on hold.
