This Privacy Policy explains how TurkeySMS ("Company" or "TurkeySMS") collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in connection with its SMS platform, API services, website, and related digital services.

This policy applies to:

• Users visiting our website
• Account holders registered on the platform
• Developers and organizations implementing API integrations
• Persons submitting support requests
• Recipient data that may be indirectly processed via delivery and transaction records of messages transmitted through TurkeySMS infrastructure

Legal Basis

TurkeySMS processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), BTK (Information Technologies and Communication Authority) regulations, Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), and Tax Procedure Law (VUK).

Effective Date: This policy is effective as of 01.01.2026. Users will be notified in advance of any material changes.
