These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are entered into electronically between TurkeySMS ("Company") and the natural or legal person acting for commercial or professional purposes who uses the platform ("User"). By beginning to use the service, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
If the User does not accept any provision of this Agreement, they may not use the services and are obligated to immediately cease all use.
DEFINITIONS
• TurkeySMS: A company registered in the Republic of Turkey providing short message services.
• User: A natural or legal person registered on the platform, at least 18 years of age, acting for commercial or professional purposes.
• Content: Any text, data, or message elements transmitted by the User through the platform.
• SLA: Service Level Agreement — the technical standards committed to by the platform.
• BTK: Information Technologies and Communication Authority and all its applicable legislation.
• İYS: Message Management System — the commercial electronic message management infrastructure.
ACCEPTANCE MECHANISM
The User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement and the Privacy Policy upon creating an account, making a payment, or requesting an API key. The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement with prior notice.
Material Change Notice: Material changes that may adversely affect the User are communicated at least 15 days before taking effect via registered email or in-account notification panel.
Agreement Versioning: The current version of this Agreement is always published on the TurkeySMS website.
