You can request a refund for unused credit within 15 calendar days of purchase. Partially or fully used credit is non-refundable.

How long does the refund process take?

Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 3–14 business days; wire transfer/EFT refunds within 3–5 business days.

TurkeySMS's refund policy is based on one clear rule:

Completely unused SMS credit + Request submitted within 15 days = Refund Eligible

Used SMS credit (even a single message) = No Refund

This policy applies within the scope of the exception provisions for digital services under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation. For the detailed legal basis, you may review the Distance Sales Agreement.
