• Protecting recipients from unwanted, misleading, or harmful SMS content
Binding Nature
Accessing the TurkeySMS platform constitutes acceptance of this policy. AUP violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal proceedings. This policy is applied in conjunction with the Terms of Use and the Identity Verification and Official Documentation Policy.
Content Responsibility
The sender account bears sole responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and consent status of transmitted SMS content. As an infrastructure provider, TurkeySMS does not guarantee the legal accuracy of content created by the sender, and primary legal responsibility for content rests with the sending account. However, TurkeySMS reserves the right to conduct reviews, apply access restrictions, and execute notification processes required under legal obligations.
