Today, we are delighted to announce the new update to our sending system, allowing you to add a new user to your account, specify their access privileges, and grant them visibility into account details, group lists, and monitoring of sending operations.
What is the benefit of this option, and why does it matter to business owners and commercial activities? Our accounts contain customer lists, contact groups, and numbers that have been added to the sending system by you. We ensure complete confidentiality and protection of this data. When you wish to use the messaging system, you'll send login credentials to the employee responsible for handling sending operations. With the new update, you can now add a new user to your account, specify their access privileges, without the need to share your account login credentials (username and password). As a result, the new user can access account details, group lists, and sending operations without requiring your login information.
Can I prevent the employee I added to my account from seeing my customers' numbers added to the account? Yes, absolutely. There are three options for displaying your customers' numbers to the new employee, and you can easily specify them as follows:
1. Customer numbers are encrypted, with only the last 3 digits visible.
2. Customer numbers are fully encrypted and not visible.
3. Customer numbers are fully visible.
You can add multiple employees or users to your account, each with different access privileges.
Can I specify access permissions or deny access to specific sections of my account? Yes, definitely. Our sending system allows you to specify access permissions or deny access to key account sections, such as:
- Specifying how customer numbers are displayed.
- Allowing the sending of individual local or international messages.
- Access to view local or international sending reports.
- Access to view group lists and add new groups or modify their data.
- Blocking the deletion of specific groups.
- Allowing the addition of new numbers to the account and viewing added customer numbers.
